Clergy Coaching is a private relationship. It uses evidence-based methods and strategies to assist pastors, priests, rabbis, and congregational leaders to achieve their personal and congregational goals, develop themselves, and lead the congregation and the leaders more effectively. The coaching relationship is a covenantal relationship between coach and coachee.

The Coach agrees to partner with and journey with the clergy to clarify and reach the goals identified by the clergy person.

The TMRC has individuals who are professionally trained to serve as clergy coaches. Contact us at mrc@pilink.org or 706-649-6360 ext.1306 to start your coaching sessions.
