 re record keeping\, informed consent\, Board complaints and possible lawsu
 its against a therapist. \n\nCOST\n\n$150 through January 25th\;\n\n$200 b
 eginning January 26th\n\nIncludes refreshments and certification of 6 Ethi
 cs clock hours\n\n*Cancellations received before February 2nd are refundab
 le less a $20 administrative charge per registrant.  There is no refund fo
 r cancellations received later.  Please note that if you register and do n
