 s. Friends enrich our lives\, boost our\nself-esteem\, and provide moral s
 upport when we need it. Learning how to form successful peer relationships
  is a critical\nskill for kids\, and one that they will be using-and refin
 ing-all their lives. This group will have an emphasis on friend\nmaking an
 d reducing social anxiety.\n\n'CALMS' = Calming Anxiety and Learning how t
 o Manage Stress\n(Ages 5 to 8) Tuesdays 3:45 - 4:30 PM\nFacilitated by: De
 bra Love & Giselle Jimenez\n\nWorries. Fears. Nightmares. Self-Doubt. This
  is what anxiety or low self-esteem may look like for your child. This gro
 up\nfocuses on learning emotional strength through calmness and kindness t
 o self. This group will teach self-calming methods\nto improve integration
  of big muscles with other senses. Activities such as yoga\, basic Tai Chi
  moves\, breathing\ntechniques\, progressive muscle relaxation\, and image
 ry will be used. We will also incorporate movement activities that\nimprov
 e body awareness\, self-regulation\, self-esteem\, coordination\, and prom
 ote overall physical well-being.\nWe offer several sessions throughout the
  school year.\nEach session runs for 6 weeks.\n\n$30 registration/attendan
 ce incentive |$15 materials fee (materials\, snacks\, prizes)\nTOTAL REGIS
 TRATION COST: $45\n$30 will be credited or returned if all sessions are ke
