Performs duties of a licensed therapist pursuant to their areas of expertise in an outpatient setting, under the direction of the Director of the Counseling Center of the Pastoral Institute.
Serves as the Pastoral Institute’s HR generalist, manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. Serves as liaison to the PI Board regarding HR matters. Coordinates education programs for clinical staff and provides HR Law training programs as requested.
