Why should a company become an EAP Partner?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their dependents with counseling and support for personal or family issues that may affect work performance, health, or well-being. Think of it as the mental health component of your employee benefits package that helps reduce absenteeism, decrease turnover, and improve morale. Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards in our billing, and our EAP partner clients are given priority scheduling.
Our team is also able to help employers who may have the need to mandate an employee to seek help for personal issues or problems that are affecting their professional relationships, as well as coordination of trauma responses for your employees should a death, industrial accident, robbery, or other trauma occur
