In today's business environment, leaders at all levels are called upon to think and plan strategically. Everyone needs a plan to complete regular critical tasks but what about next month, next year or even several years down the road? Thinking strategically is necessary to ensure that your business is positioned properly for future opportunities, as well as to head off potential disruptions. This workshop will help you:
- Clarify the differences between tactical planning and thinking and planning strategically.
- Identify the gains of strategic thinking and planning and the gaps preventing it.
- Move more quickly into more of a strategic thinking and planning mode when needed.
- Quickly become an active participant in strategy sessions.
- Conduct a productive, results-driven strategic planning session.
