A primer for new and prospective supervisors.

This workshop combines our 2-part Boot Camp for Supervisors into a compact and comprehensive course that covers several of the day-to-day roles that every supervisor must be able to fill to be effective. Participants will learn basic HR Law, Effective Communication, Prioritizing, Delegating, Documenting, Discipline, Dealing with Difficult Issues, Decision Making and many other areas where skills are needed for successful supervision. Led by a former educator and business executive with over 30 years experience in direct and indirect supervision, your supervisors and prospective supervisors will gain a treasure of knowledge. No one should ever be put into a supervisory role without the basic tools to handle the job.
