Prepare, Practice, Present

A public speaking workshop for managers and supervisors.

Speaking before a group is a fear worse than death for many managers and supervisors. However, being able to present your ideas or information in an organized and entertaining way can be your ticket to success in the workplace. Prepare, Practice, Present is much like "Ready, Aim, Fire". You can aim and fire all you want to, but if you do not "ready" yourself through preparation and practice, you will miss your target. That audience is your target and without them on board, you're done. This workshop provides strategies for mastering three key factors that influence all presentations: 1. Defining your main objective along with the 3 to 5 main points you wish to make; 2. Identifying the characteristics of your target audience; and 3. Packaging and delivering your presentation in a real-world versus academic style. Preparation and confidence are the keys to overcoming fear of speaking before a group. This hands-on workshop is designed to give you the confidence to know that you are prepared.
