Boot Camp for Supervisors
A primer for new and prospective supervisors
No one should ever be put into a supervisory role without the basic tools to handle the job. This full-day comprehensive course covers several of the day-to-day roles that every supervisor must be able to fill to be effective. Participants will learn basic HR Law, Effective Communication, Prioritizing, Delegating, Documenting, Discipline, Dealing with Difficult Issues. Decision Making and many other areas where skills are needed for successful supervision. Led by a former educator and business executive with over 30 years experience in direct and indirect supervision, supervisors and prospective supervisors will gain a treasure of knowledge.
This is an 8 hour workshop plus lunch.
