In this group we’ll explore kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, as a powerful metaphor for emotional healing. Together, we’ll use art to process pain, honor loss, and gently reassemble the pieces of our stories. You are not broken, you are rebuilding. No artistic skill needed—just an openness to healing.
