Legally Defensible Interviewing Training for Supervisors and Managers
Selecting and retaining the right employees is a key to success. Are you responsible for interviewing candidates? Make sure you ask questions that are right and legal so that your organization isn't put at risk. This workshop will teach the basics of structured behavioral interviewing which, when used properly, reduces legal risks because all candidates are treated the same. Participants will learn and practice the STAR model for question development, and will learn how to develop rating scales used to evaluate candidates.
This is an 8 hour workshop plus lunch.
